Q. What is this ribbon rally?
Do you have a favourite fandom you're in right now? Love the songs that come with them? Well you've come to the right ribbon rally! :)The Megaconlive Manchester 'Fandom Banner Bash' is a collecta-thon ribbon rally containing over 70 ribbons of amazing artwork of various fandoms.
Q. How do I get a ribbon?
Ribbons can be obtained for each £5 spent at a participating artist table. Please just let them know you're participating as ribbons may not be handed out automatically!
Q. How do I get a lanyard?
Each artist in the rally will have lanyards for you to collect and use for your ribbon collection! After a purchase at their stall, let them know you want a lanyard and they will be able to give you one for free!
Q. What do I do with all these ribbons?
In all honesty, anything you want! :)Most people attach them to their convention badge and then to each other to create a ribbon train while some people store them in a binder, it's entirely up to you!Here is what our lanyard card will look like!
Q. Do I have to participate, even if I'm going to Megaconlive?
Not at all, participation is completely optional!And even if you do participate, you don't have to collect every ribbon that's on offer - they're just a fun extra bonus item for supporting the artists you love!
